Traditional Sudanese Bamya
Bamya is a flavourful Middle Eastern dish made with tender okra cooked in a rich, tomato-based stew, often accompanied by lamb or beef.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp of Ghee
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp coriander
1 large onion, chopped
6 Garlic cloves, chopped
32 oz of Lamb
Hand full of Lamb Bones (optional)
1 squeeze of Tomato Paste
Water (enough to cover the meat)
1 package of frozen Okra (or fresh)
1 cup of strained tomatoes
